We do not collect any information unless users willingly provide it to us. Anyone may visit our website without being identified or telling us who they are. However, to use our services any user (both shipper and driver) needs to register.
To provide reliable and effective services, the Platform collects real time drivers’ location. The Platform continuously receives online (“active”) drivers’ location as well as when the app is running on the background to find available orders, enable real time tracking, and for other similar purposes. The Platform does not track shippers’ location.
The Platform collects the entire communication between Platform’s support representatives, shippers, and drivers, including when they use “Chat Box” option for multiple reasons, like quality assurance.
The Platform also collects the details of the freight being transported, particularly such information as: item description, pictures, date, time, destination, and other details shippers may include when filling out the order form.
Both shippers and drivers have the right to delete personal information at any time, however, we may maintain a copy of the original unrevised information in our records for the duration necessary to comply with the regulations.
When users submit any kind of information to us on the Platform, they represent that they have the authority to do so and give us the permit to process it in accordance with AVC SERVICES, LLC dba CHOOSE SMART NOW.

Upon acceptance of the delivery request by the driver, the Platform will share details of the freight to the driver. Also, upon acceptance of the delivery request, the shipper will be able to see certain driver profile information, such as photo, name, ratings and reviews, phone number and real time location.
The privacy of our users is of utmost importance, therefore we do not sell your information. The Platform will only share the information you provide to us only in the case of:
User consent;
Other parties with whom we partner in order to be able to provide services, like payment processing companies;
Any legal or mandatory obligations;
To protect the Platform and our rights and integrity;
To enforce SMART Payment Policy and Terms and Conditions.

However, no transmission or storage of the information on the Internet or any kind of virtual exchange can be completely secure, so please beware that our Platform cannot guarantee absolute security. Any user can delete the account at any given time. The platform may keep the original version of your data in our records for as long as it is specified in the Privacy Policy or for as long as it is outlined in the applicable law.
